Account Executive

Overview
As a Sales Executive at Ethico, you’ll be responsible for driving new business by building relationships, understanding client needs, and matching them with Ethico’s industry-leading ethics and compliance solutions. We’ll tailor your account assignments — whether by segment, industry, or region — to leverage your strengths and set you up for success from day one.
From your first day, you’ll follow a personalized 90-day onboarding plan focused on your strengths, including structured training sessions, shadowing opportunities, and live deal coaching. Our sales leaders invest deeply in helping you refine your skills, expand your industry knowledge, and grow your confidence so you’re ready for the next step in your career, whether that’s managing larger accounts, leading a team, or moving into a strategic role.
You’ll work closely with sales leaders, sales development representatives (SDRs), marketing, and account management to develop and close opportunities. We’re looking for motivated professionals who thrive in a consultative selling environment, are excited to learn, and want to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Drive, own, and deliver on sales targets for Ethico’s products through prospecting, pipeline building, and effective sales techniques.
- Develop a deep understanding of your customers’ business needs, challenges, and priorities.
- Partner with our sales development representatives (SDRs) to generate a consistent stream of high-quality pipeline.
- Document all activity and opportunity details accurately in our CRM (training provided).
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and end users, from operational teams to the C-suite.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, SDRs, and account management to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Travel periodically to Charlotte, NC, for training, team events, and strategic planning.
- Commit to ongoing learning and professional development, with full product and industry training provided.
Requirements

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to travel periodically to Charlotte, NC.
- Comfort working independently while collaborating within a team.

Location
Flexible (In office, Hybrid, remote). Headquarters is in Charlotte, NC. Some travel is required.
Salary Range
- $80-100k base + uncapped commission
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
