Enterprise Account Executive

Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Ethico, you will be responsible for prospecting, driving the sales process by effectively navigating large organizations, and ultimately serving as the face of Ethico to all enterprise prospective clients. You will work closely with sales leaders at Ethico as well as our sales development and account management teams to achieve your goals. We’re looking for candidates who are consultative sellers, self-starters, and excited about the opportunity to excel in a high growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Driving, owing, and delivering on sales targets for Ethico’s products through prospecting, building pipelines, and effective sales techniques
  • Providing accurate and complete documentation in the company systems (Hubspot CRM)
  • Maintaining activity logs/accountability and building relationships with partners and client end users
  • Collaborating and consulting with internal departments to coordinate identification of potential service improvements and fixes, and ensure client service satisfaction
  • Researching and documenting detailed understanding of customer business and organizational landscape
  • Work with Ethico’s SDR team to develop a consistent stream of high-quality pipeline
  • Maintaining accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
  • Active team participation with meaningful contributions in team and company meetings
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and constant learning
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably selling a software product, with a track record of top performance selling innovation and new concepts to large Enterprises
  • Demonstrated success at achieving targets throughout sales cycles, selling complex deals with multiple stakeholders, and managing complex negotiations
  • Strong belief in a customer centric selling philosophy and applying a consultative approach in customer interactions
  • The maturity and accountability to develop customer relationships with end users, all the way through C-level
  • Extraordinary time management and organization skills to ensure an opportunity moves through the pipeline as quickly as possible
  • Ability to communicate clearly and directly, both verbally and in writing
  • Reliability, accountability, and follow through driven by mastery of self-management and productivity

Location

Flexible (In office, Hybrid, remote). Headquarters is in Charlotte, NC. Some travel is required.

Salary Range

  • $60,000 - 80,000 annually + commission
  • Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
