We use the same number for all of our 130,000 employees and [Ethico] is able to keep everything organized and provide the information we need to conduct investigations. Allowing us to get this information before the employees become whistleblowers so we can address problems immediately has undoubtedly saved us millions over the years.

The transition from our legacy hotline to Ethico was smooth and easy, with a lot of great support. The training videos are a great resource unavailable through our old hotline, and the customer support has been responsive and thorough. We prefer the live Call Center reps, and the ability to customize the directives. Ethico is an improvement over our previous system.
