Implementation Specialist

Overview

As an Implementation Specialist, your role will be facilitating the implementation experience for Ethico’s onboarding clients.  You will work directly with the implementation team to document, track and follow through on assigned projects, correspond with clients to provide project timelines and updates, and configure software and solutions for active engagements.

The Implementation Team plays a crucial role in the Ethico value chain as our clients’ main point of 
contact after the sales process. The Implementation Team is responsible for laying the groundwork essential to a successful customer journey.  You will directly and indirectly assist in building and maintaining customer relationships, implement our solutions quickly and accurately, manage customer expectations throughout, participate in training clients, and contribute to a successful client handoff once the implementation phase is completed.  

As a member of the implementation team, your primary objective is to ensure exceptional customer experience with the Ethico platform. You will have a strong understanding of the industry and customer use case, and use those insights to support your responsibilities.


Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned implementation engagements from Kick-Off to Go-Live
  • Support customers throughout implementation process and ensure exceptional service
  • Analyze client processes, gather solution design requirements, and advise on best practices
  • Build strong relationships with customers and project partners
  • Identify and report customer software requests, issues, and product flaws through appropriate channels
  • Liaise and communicate effectively across teams, both internal and external

Requirements

  • Preferred - Functional experience in Ethics & Compliance or GRC
  • Preferred - Industry certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, GRCP, CPA, CISA, etc.)
  • Experience dealing with senior management across multiple clients
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with marketing, sales, and engineering
  • Relevant experience in software   development, professional services,   implementation, or technical consulting
  • Experience with de-escalation tactics
