Manager of Revenue Operations
Overview
The Manager of Revenue Operations is responsible for optimizing the revenue processes across sales, marketing, and client success to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and achievement of the company’s growth goals. This role requires expertise in revenue operations, data analytics, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements in revenue performance and enhance the end-to-end customer journey in B2B SaaS sales in a complex sales process. The Manager of Revenue Operations will work closely with leadership to implement and manage tools, processes, and insights that enable sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue operations strategies to streamline and align processes across sales, marketing, and client success.
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue generation, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
- Use data insights to make recommendations for revenue optimization, pipeline management, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership to set revenue targets, define KPIs, and create forecasting models that support strategic growth objectives.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data across revenue-generating teams to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Implement and manage dashboards, reporting tools, and metrics that provide real-time insights into revenue performance and sales pipeline health.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability in revenue operations.
- Document and optimize workflows, lead management processes, and client handoffs to ensure seamless collaboration between departments.
- Manage the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other revenue technology platforms to ensure proper configuration, integration, and data integrity.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of sales and marketing tools to support revenue operations.
- Train teams on revenue technology, sales enablement tools and materials, processes, and best practices to increase adoption and compliance.
- Request, facilitate, and generate sales enablement materials (including process and value selling/product materials)
- Implement processes to roll out, update, monitor, and ensure adherence to processes that support proper selling sequence and product advocacy (directly and through managers and individual contributors)
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and client success to ensure alignment on revenue objectives and key initiatives.
- Partner with finance to support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to foster a unified approach to revenue generation and client success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields.
- Experience across a range of fast growing sales organizations (e.g., from 20 to 100 sales & marketing) headcount
- Proficiency with CRM and revenue operations software, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage and improve revenue processes across departments.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes

Location
Flexible (In office, Hybrid, remote). Headquarters is in Charlotte, NC. Some travel is required.
Salary Range
- $50,000 - 70,000 annually + Commission
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
