The desire to engage, create and contribute is innate in human beings, and blossoms naturally from within all of us. Outstanding engagement, at all levels, is a natural, effortless byproduct of being more of who we already truly are. As we come to understand universal principles that govern all human interaction, engagement goes through the roof, and people naturally become more focused on the health of the organization as a whole, including exhibiting more ethical behavior.

In this webinar, we'll explore the very notion of authenticity and how to tap into the innate nature of "Being human" -- in yourself and others -- to create more ethical, happy and productive environments. All with little to no effort.

We'll answer questions such as:

  • What gets in the way of presenting our authentic selves?
  • How can you connect and engage with teammates to create a more positive workplace?
  • Where can leaders celebrate and encourage authenticity in the workplace?

Naphtali Visser

Humans Working | Founder & CEO

Naphtali has worked as a technologist and entrepreneur for the past 29 years. At one company that he started, after 4 years of success, two catastrophic events hit the company in the same week, and it looked like the only option was to close the doors. Instead, his entire staff worked for free for 2 months to rescue and eventually sold the company. That show of extreme loyalty was proof that his philosophy of building "culture-first" companies worked and drove him to want to help other companies experience the same.

Naphtali has spent the past 15 years diving into neurology, psychology and spirituality to gain a deep understanding of the universal principles that make humans work, and now helps companies build cultures based on kindness, respect, and resiliency that inevitably produce amazing business results. His book, "Humans Working: Why Culture and Mindset Beat Strategy" is available on Amazon. The book explores the universal principles that make all humans tick and how those principles can be used to thrive in business and life.
