Adie Olson advises corporations on lobbying, campaign finance, ethics, and pay-to-play compliance, at the federal level and in all 50 states. Her experience includes: representing corporations with government affairs compliance issues, at both the national and regional levels, for matters including lobbying registration and reporting, campaign finance issues, political outreach planning, independent expenditures, procurement lobbying, "pay-to-play" compliance, statements of economic interest, and enforcement actions; developing and implementing comprehensive corporate government affairs compliance programs; performing comprehensive audits such as campaign finance audits for federal and state political action committees, overall corporate government affairs policy and practice assessments, and lobbying/ethics specific audits; and training government affairs and cross-disciplinary corporate teams on best practices and legal requirements for compliance. 

Additionally, Adie is actively engaged in supporting the retention and promotion of fellow women and diverse lawyers in Chicago and nationally. She also is active in her community, supporting the City of Chicago and its public schools.

Wesley Bizzell serves as Senior Assistant General Counsel, Governmental and External Affairs, and Managing Director of Political Law & Ethics Programs for Altria Client Services. Previously, Wesley was an attorney in Winston & Strawn LLP’s Federal Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs Practice Group. His career also includes more than six years on Capitol Hill, where he served as an aide to Arkansas Senators David Pryor and Dale Bumpers.

Wesley Bizzell is an authority on political compliance law and is active in the compliance legal community. He chairs the Conference Board’s Committee on Corporate Political Spending, a committee of leading American corporations dedicated to accountability, education, and engagement on issues of corporate political activity. He has been named by London’s Financial Times (2017 and 2018) and Yahoo Finance (2019-2021) as one of the 100 worldwide OUTstanding Leading LGBT+ Corporate Executives, and Chambers and Partners also named him the 2019 LGBT+ Equality Lawyer of the Year for his dedication and commitment to LGBT diversity programs and his efforts to advance LGBT+ professionals in the law.
