ON-DEMAND MASTERCLASS

Closing The Deal: Managing Compliant Acquisitions

Doesn't everyone love the feeling of buying yourself something nice? But you can always get excited over the wrong product. Are you sure of the quality? Will you be able to integrate it into your life? How can you be sure you're buying a product that will last, and not falling for fad?

Enter the EthicsVerse. In this masterclass we are covering everything an E&C officer needs to know about acquisitions, from due diligence to cultural integration to final execution. Be the shield between your organization's wallet and a bad deal.

Topics Explored:

  • How do you, the compliance officer, perform pre-acquisition due diligence to assure the company understands what it’s buying?
  • What plan should you follow to integrate a newly acquired unit into your existing compliance culture?
  • How do you handle “issues” that you find in a target, especially if management is keen to close the deal?
