With over two decades of finance, operations and project management experience in high tech, Kara now focuses on bringing her hands-on experience in designing, building and implementing compliance and ethics programs. Her work has been recognized by the Women in Compliance organization with such awards and short list nominations in the categories of Best Compliance Team, Most Impactful Compliance Training Program of the Year and Compliance Champion of the year in 2019 and 2020.
