J.S. Nelson is an expert on corporate scandals, fraud and unethical behavior, and a law professor at Harvard Business School. She is also the author of Business Ethics: What Everyone Needs to Know.

In her book, Nelson offers practical advice on whistleblowing, ethics programs and negotiations. The book combines law and business to provide a guide for dealing with ethical dilemmas and is written in an accessible question-and-answer format. It can be used as a guide for business people facing real-life dilemmas, as well as students studying ethical questions.
Nelson is currently a visiting professor at Harvard Business School and was the first tenure-track appointment in a U.S. business school hired specifically to teach business ethics and to develop law-school curricula around the subject.
