Ann Marie Wick is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting in the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment and is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is a solutions oriented, global Finance and Compliance executive known for driving significant global internal control improvements in an efficient and collaborative manner. With experience working in six of the seven continents, Ann Marie has more than 25 years of global compliance, external, and internal audit expertise focused on the consumer products and manufacturing industries. As a former corporate compliance executive, Ann Marie specializes in developing best-in-class global compliance programs from its inception whether as a result of a government investigation or as a proactive measure by a corporation. She also has extensive experience in designing and implementing improvements in existing programs. Ann Marie’s expertise includes anti-bribery/anti-corruption, antitrust, economic trade sanctions, financial internal controls, and Board reporting.

James Condon

FTI CONSULTING | Senior Director

James Condon is a data strategist, who leads extensive primary research projects that measure the opinion and expectation of multi-stakeholder groups to help inform client engagement strategies and communication campaigns. James leads FTI’s team of research and data experts and is based in New York. With more than a decade of experience, he has conducted research projects utilizing bespoke methodologies to understand the global opinion of client stakeholders in times of corporate change, transactions or crises, and has helped clients effectively adapt their messaging and communications to mitigate reputational issues. He co-founded FTI’s “Resilience Barometer”, an award-winning research study, which categorizes the risks and opportunities for companies across the G20 and has been recognized by industry peers, winning the Holmes Report SABRE award for ‘best original research for PR’ and being nominated for ‘superior achievement in research and planning’ in 2019. Prior to FTI, he worked for corporate communications firm, PHA Group, and a top 30 UK law firm, and helped develop the messaging strategy for two of the principal campaigns in the 2014 and 2016 referenda in the United Kingdom.
