Daniel Christmas

Corning Incorporated | VP & CCO

Daniel P. Christmas was appointed vice president and chief compliance officer of Corning Incorporated in December 2021. In this role, Christmas is responsible for leading Corning’s Global Compliance organization, managing compliance policies and processes to ensure Corning’s Code of Conduct and Values are brought to life worldwide. He is also responsible for advising internal clients on a variety of compliance and regulatory areas, including government investigations, government contracts, and export controls and sanctions. Prior to his current position, Christmas had served as director, Corporate Compliance, since January 2017.

JoQuese Satterwhite, MBA, DHA

Global Compliance Programs & Governance | Chief of staff & Sr. Director

JoQuese has been with Medtronic for 14 years and is currently the Chief of Staff and the Sr. Director of Global Compliance Programs & Governance. In these roles she is responsible for the overall global programming and governance aspects for the Office of Ethics & Compliance. JoQuese has her BS in Biomedical Science from Auburn University (2006), completed her MBA focused on Health Care Management (2010), and completed her Doctor of Health Administration degree from Capella University in 2019. JoQuese also received her Advance Healthcare Compliance Certificate from Seton Hall in 2021.

Matt Kelly

Matt Kelly is editor and CEO of RadicalCompliance.com, a blog and newsletter that follows corporate governance, risk, and compliance issues at large organizations; it includes the Compliance Jobs Report, a weekly update on compliance professionals moving around the industry. He also speaks on compliance, governance, and risk topics frequently. Kelly was named as ‘Rising Star of Corporate Governance’ by Millstein Center for Corporate Governance in inaugural class of 2008; and named to Ethisphere’s ‘Most Influential in Business Ethics’ list in 2011 (no. 91) and 2013 (no. 77). In 2018 he won a Reader’s Choice award from JD Supra as one of the Top 10 authors on corporate compliance. Kelly previously was editor of Compliance Week, a newsletter on corporate compliance, from 2006 through 2015.
