As a successful entrepreneur, master coach, and mentor, Dr. Nicole is a champion for helping others achieve results and discover their true self, regardless of their life journey or current situation. As a former corporate leader, her career as an entrepreneur and businesswoman extends more than 25 years. Now, she’s further expanded her influence through being an adjunct professor at the world-acclaimed Spelman College and host of the Oprah Winfrey Network’s (OWN) “Put a Ring On It” (recently renewed for its fourth season). In 2020, Dr. Nicole co-founded Sister Diamonds, LLC with her partner, Crystal Khalil. She also shares the role of Co-CEO of leadership development and change management firm Volition Enterprises, Inc.
