Product Manager
Overview
The Product Manager will lead and coordinate a team of engineers across multiple time zones, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity. Collaborating closely with the Lead Product Manager, they will define and document innovative product requirements that enhance our offerings. This role involves owning and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver impactful features aligned with the product vision while adhering to SDLC principles for high-quality product development. The Product Manager will manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, proactively keep senior leadership informed and aligned with the product strategy, and drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in product development processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a global team of engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
- Define and document innovative product requirements with the Lead Product Manager.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap, aligning features with the product vision.
- Monitor the landscape and conduct discovery and ideation for new feature ideas.
- Contribute to the backlog by writing requirements
- Oversee and review requirements written by Business Analyst, ensuring they are clearly defined and meet user story formatting standards.
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison with the engineering team.
- Pre-release AC validation to ensure completed implementation meets product and feature requirements.
- Manage internal relationships and stakeholder expectations through clear communication and updates.
- Ensure high-quality development by adhering to SDLC principles.
- Keep senior leadership informed and aligned with the product strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement in product development processes.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management and working with off-shore engineering teams.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills for coordinating across specialized teams.
- Proven track record in defining product requirements, managing backlogs, and delivering high-quality products.
- Excellent skills in managing stakeholder expectations and upward communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decisions.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of SDLC principles and best practices.

Location
Remote - Headquarters is in Charlotte, NC. Some travel is required.
Salary Range
- $100,000-120,000
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
