Sales Operations Coordinator 

Overview

As a Sales Operations Coordinator at Ethico, you will collaborate closely with our top-performing Account Executives to advance opportunities, manage deal progression, and contribute to long-term strategic sales efforts. You will also take ownership of your own prospecting activities, building a high-quality pipeline through consistent outbound efforts. This role serves as a foundational step in a sales career progression, providing opportunities to develop skills in client communication, consultative selling, persuasion, negotiation, and strategic sales planning. Sales Operations Coordinators at Ethico are consultative sellers building toward a fully independent sales execution role - curious, driven, and committed to growth in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Helping drive momentum on early-stage or complex collaborative opportunities
  • Running discovery calls and product demonstrations for self-sourced and supported deals
  • Conducting research on target companies and key decision-makers to build strategic sales plans
  • Assisting with the preparation of client-facing materials, proposals, and follow-up
  • Maintaining accurate records and pipeline data in the company CRM (HubSpot)
  • Developing a deep understanding of Ethico’s product suite and how it aligns with the needs of prospective clients
  • Generating outbound pipeline by prospecting into assigned territories and segments
  • Actively engaging in a structured product and sales skills onboarding program to build foundational skills
  • Contributing meaningfully to team culture, growth, and continuous improvement
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or other customer-facing roles (internships welcome)
  • Strong interest in SaaS and B2B sales
  • Basic understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process and willingness to learn more about the industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A highly coachable mindset and willingness to learn from others
  • Ambitious organization, accountability, and passion to serve our mission, team, and prospects
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and follow-through
  • Self-motivation, grit, and the ability to push through challenges
  • Familiarity with or desire to learn tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum, PandaDoc, and Google Workspace
